Kevin joined Winchester White in 1996 and was appointed as Managing Director in 2005. He previously held senior positions with a South African merchant bank that pioneered the Linked/Wrap product in South Africa. Kevin has worked with numerous financial services clients undergoing significant transformation at both strategic and operational levels across life, pensions, investments and general insurance, in particular Kevin has specialised in Business Process Outsourcing and programme quality assurance. A law graduate, Kevin is an admitted solicitor in South Africa, England and Wales. His clients have included HBOS, Scottish Widows, Wesleyan and NFU Mutual.
A pragmatist, Aileen is able to analyse and evaluate proposed strategies from all business angles taking into account the associated implications for business change. Her many successful assignments within some of the top Financial Services institutions makes her a very demanded member of the team. Her experience within the industry spans the value chain from Distribution Strategy and model design to optimisation of back office processes and supporting technologies.
An Engineering Graduate from Trinity College, Dublin, Aileen joined the Financial Services industry upon completion of an MBA at Cranfield business school in 1990. Married with three children her role as a taxi service at weekends is interspersed with keeping fit, running for charity (including one marathon) and playing piano.
Debbie Monteith is a Director of Winchester White and Heads up the Investment Practice. She started her career in Financial Services 25 years ago and worked for two major bancassurance groups in legal, strategic planning and product development roles across the life, pensions and investment sectors. She was responsible for the launch of Nationwide's investment company before joining Mellon's outsourcing team and moving into the B2B sector. She joined Winchester White in 2000 and has completed and managed assignments covering target operating models, outsourcing and systems selection, relationship management, product development and change management. Her clients have included Barclays, Lloyds TSB, HBOS and Newton.
Aash has over 10 years financial services experience, starting his career at Commercial Union he built expertise in general commercial business and was involved in both strategic and operational change improvement programmes. His career at Winchester White has mainly focussed on general insurance with additional expertise in the Life & Pensions, investment and mortgage markets on a variety of change projects.
Recent work has included project managing the transition of accountabilities to an affinity partner; managing an evaluation process for a £15m system replacement; providing strategic IT outsourcing advice for a £20m deal and acting as programme office manager for a £50m system replacement programme. His clients have included Groupama, HBOS, Barclays and Aviva.
Adrian has over 12 years business experience and four years consultancy experience working for some of the best known brands including Lloyd's of London, Zurich and Prudential. Adrian's core expertise is in the life and pensions and IT industries. He has a broad range of skills including business analysis, process redesign, project management, cost reduction and culture change programme management. He specialises in IT consultancy aiming to maximise the benefits of IT within organisations through appropriate solution architecture and design.
Adrian is FPC qualified and has a MBA from the OU Business School where he specialised in Financial Strategy, Marketing, Innovation and Change Management.
Alan joined Winchester White over seven years ago and has developed a broad range of consultancy skills and experience across the investment and life and pensions sector. His particular area of focus has been the Investment Management arena where he has worked for a variety of clients on both onshore and offshore projects, including product design and development, cross border fund operations and outsourcing partner selection.
Alan has a keen appreciation of the cost dynamics of investment and insurance companies gained from working on a variety of sourcing, operational efficiency and transformation programmes. He is an experienced project manager with the ability to deliver results within demanding project environments. His clients have included National Australia Group, Barclays, NFU Mutual and Liverpool Victoria.
Since joining Winchester White in 2000, Deborah has gained consultancy experience primarily in the life, pensions and investment sectors. She specialises in business process redesign, business analysis, project/ programme governance, project management and has experience in model office and UAT environments. She is highly organised and proficient in the set up and continued management of complex programme office functions. Clients have included Barclays, NFU Mutual, National Australia Group, and Engage Mutual.
Deborah is CII CIP and CII FPC accredited and has achieved PRINCE2 Practitioner status.
Diane Williams is Head of the General Insurance Practice at Winchester White. She has twenty-nine years experience in the financial services industry operating at a senior management level within the Insurance Company, Broker and Compliance arena.
She has experience of proactively identifying opportunities for improving business performance including strategy development and successfully integrating business change. She is a qualified Learning and Development Specialist and a Master Practitioner of NLP, passionate about people development and the value individuals bring to an organisation.
Nicola began her career at LogicaCMG and has seven years consultancy experience prior to joining Winchester White in 2006. She combines specialist experience in IT project delivery - including project management, business analysis and systems analysis - with broader cross functional project experience, working closely with business users, senior management and at board level.
Nicola has an excellent track record in delivering solutions and projects to challenging timescales and within different methodologies including waterfall (PRINCE2, SSADM), CBD and DSDM. Her clients have included Barclays, Aviva, Friends Provident and the FSA.
Paul is a hybrid manager who has wide ranging experience both in running vertical business units and in corporate strategy formulation. He held a number of senior IT posts within financial services companies before successfully transitioning to corporate business change programmes and strategy development. He has considerable experience of the practical delivery of distribution re-development, corporate re-structuring and process re-design. In the past year Paul has undertaken in-depth research into the impact of digital and social media on our industry and he heads up our Digital Engagement service.
Having moved into consultancy 1997, Paul has successfully worked on a number of large mission critical projects for financial services companies in both the UK and Canada. Clients have included Lloyds Banking Group, Family Assurance, Wesleyan and CIS.
